Got a client moving to North and East DFW for a new build?

Send them to someone who tours these builders and keeps a tax sheet for 29 cities.

I work new construction in North and East DFW. I run the monthly cost first, then we tour. Relocation buyers get hit by tax, HOA, MUD, and PID after they tour if nobody runs those numbers first. I run them first.

Who to send me

Send me a buyer who fits all three:

1. Moving to North and East DFW, or moving within it.
2. Buying a new build.
3. Looking in Wylie, Rockwall, Forney, McKinney, Fate, Lavon, Heath, Royse City, or McLendon-Chisholm, mostly $500K to $700K.

If your client is outside that area or outside that price range, tell me anyway. I will tell you fast if it is not a fit, and I will not hold a client I cannot serve well.

What your client gets

• A monthly cost first, with tax, HOA, MUD, and PID broken out, before we tour.
• Video tours from DFW New Build Pros, so an out of state buyer can cut the list before they fly in.
• A short list to tour, with inventory homes and build times on it. Not every home for sale.
• More than one builder and more than one community on that list before we narrow it.

What you get

• A weekly update to you and your client while we are active. Even if the update is short.
• A closing notice when the deal closes, so you know it closed.
• Your client back if they move back to your market. I refer out the same way I ask to be referred in.

How it works

1. Send the referral below, or email me directly. Include your name, your brokerage, your client name, and their timeline.
2. I will send a broker to broker referral agreement for signature.
3. If the agreement is not signed yet, I will not contact your client yet. That protects your referral.
4. Once it is signed, I will contact your client within 24 hours.
5. I will update you weekly while we are working together.
